30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Call +1 (307) 500-4882 with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return authorization and the correct return address. Please do not ship a return to our business address without confirmation.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Shabbat covers return shipping for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate resolution.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly after delivery and retain the packaging. We may request photos to help resolve the issue. The unused-item condition does not prevent you from reporting an item received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it. Refunds cover the returned item price; original standard shipping is refunded for damaged or incorrect orders, but not for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.
