WHO WE ARE
Shabbat Living is a home décor brand operated by Shabbat Ventures LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We specialize in curated home decoration sourced from artisans and small workshops around the world — including Israel, Indonesia, Morocco, Japan, and beyond.
We sell physical home décor products through our online store at www.shabbatventures.com. All orders are fulfilled from the United States and shipped via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Every transaction is processed securely through Stripe.
OUR STORY
Shabbat Living was born from a suitcase.
It started the way most love stories do — by accident. A hand-painted ceramic bowl found in a Marrakech souk. A brass menorah discovered in a tiny workshop in Jerusalem's Old City. A hand-carved wooden tray picked up from a Balinese artisan village in Ubud. One by one, these pieces came home with me, and one by one, they transformed my space into something that felt alive — full of story, full of soul.
I've always believed that a home should tell you where its owner has been and what moves them. For years, I traveled — through the blue-tiled streets of Chefchaouen, across the terraced rice fields of Indonesia, through the ancient markets of Tel Aviv and the craft villages of Fez. And everywhere I went, I found the same thing: people pouring their heritage, their faith, and their artistry into objects meant to be lived with.
At some point, I stopped collecting just for myself.
Friends would visit, admire a Moroccan lantern or an Israeli olive wood challah board, and ask where they could find one. The answer was always complicated — a market stall with no website, a family workshop with no shipping. So I decided to build the bridge myself.
Shabbat Living is that bridge.
We source home décor directly from artisans and small makers across the globe — from the workshops of Israel to the craft villages of Indonesia, from the riads of Morocco to the ceramic studios of Japan. Every piece in our collection is chosen by hand, with intention. We look for objects that carry the weight of tradition but feel at home in a modern space — pieces that spark conversation, invite warmth, and remind you that beauty has no single origin.
