This shipping policy outlines how we handle the delivery of your orders.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $5.99
  • Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
  • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $220

Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship internationally to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France, and Israel.

  • International Standard (7–21 business days): calculated at checkout
  • International Express (5–10 business days): calculated at checkout

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Shabbat Living has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic orders. International orders are shipped via USPS International, UPS, or DHL depending on the destination.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.
