This is the public Authorized Retailer & Authenticity policy of Shabbat Ventures LLC (doing business as Shabbat Ventures). It does not require a login, is linked from the website footer, and is written so customers and Google Merchant Center reviewers can verify how we source, sell, and document branded goods.

Independent retailer

Shabbat Ventures LLC is an independent U.S. retailer. We sell furniture, home and garden products, toys, tools, and mobility equipment through shabbatventures.com and ship to all 50 states.

We are not the manufacturer of the branded products we list. Products are sourced directly from the manufacturer or from an authorized wholesale distributor in the United States. Where a brand publishes an official dealer program, we do not present ourselves as that brand’s exclusive or official storefront unless a product page or this policy is later updated with that specific authorization.

Authentic products only

Under no circumstances do we offer or sell unauthorized, imitation, replica, or counterfeit goods. Listings describe the actual item you will receive, including brand name, model, condition (new unless clearly stated otherwise), and material facts that affect the purchase.

  • We do not sell look-alike products labeled as a brand they are not.
  • We do not remove, cover, or alter genuine manufacturer marks, serial numbers, or regulatory labels.
  • If a listing is new, the item is new. Used, refurbished, or open-box items are labeled as such on the product page before checkout.
  • If we discover a sourcing error, we stop the sale, contact affected customers, and offer a refund or a genuine replacement.

Sourcing records and verification

We keep invoices for the original purchase of branded goods we sell, and authorization or wholesale documentation from our source where the supplier provides it. We retain those records for as long as needed to support customer questions, advertising reviews, and marketplace or Merchant Center verification.

We may share relevant documentation with advertising platforms, payment processors, or marketplace partners when they request it to confirm authenticity or supply chain. We do not publish supplier invoices on this website because they contain confidential commercial information.

If you have a documented concern about a specific order, email support@shabbatventures.com with your order number and we will review our purchase records for that item.

Manufacturer warranties

When a manufacturer provides a warranty, that coverage is offered by the manufacturer under the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions, not as a substitute for our store warranty. Registering a product with the manufacturer, if required, is the customer’s responsibility unless the product page says we handle registration.

What we do not claim

To stay accurate for customers and Google Merchant Center, this page does not claim that we are the exclusive authorized dealer for every brand in our catalog. We do not invent certificates, review scores, or “official partner” badges. Product claims on each listing must match the item shipped.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Shabbat Ventures LLC sells authentic products sourced from the manufacturer or an authorized U.S. wholesale distributor. We do not sell counterfeit or imitation goods.

Are you an official brand store?

We are an independent retailer. We are not the manufacturer. We do not describe ourselves as a brand’s exclusive official store unless a specific product page states a documented authorization for that brand.

Can you prove where an item came from?

We keep original purchase invoices and, where available, supplier authorization documents. We share relevant records with platforms that request verification and will review records for a specific order if you contact support with your order number.
