It does not require a login, is linked from the website footer, and is written so customers and Google Merchant Center reviewers can see what is covered, what is not, how a replacement is issued, and how this warranty works with our Shipping & Refund policy.

Warranty coverage
Shabbat Ventures LLC offers a three-year limited store warranty on products sold through shabbatventures.com, unless a shorter or longer period is clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. The product-page term controls if it differs from this page.
This store warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal household or intended use during the coverage period. It starts on the delivery date shown by the carrier. It applies to the original purchaser on the order. It is not transferable unless we confirm a transfer in writing.
A manufacturer warranty, if one exists, is additional coverage from the manufacturer under that manufacturer’s terms. It does not reduce the store warranty described here unless the product page says otherwise.

What is not covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, water (unless the product is sold as water-resistant for that use), or improper assembly that ignores the instructions.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or missing parts that were removed after delivery.
- Normal wear and tear, including fading, surface scratches from use, and consumable parts that are expected to wear out.
- Commercial or rental use unless the product page says the item is sold for that use.
- Issues caused by a carrier after you (or a person you authorize) accepted the delivery without noting visible damage. Report transit damage promptly with photos of the item and packaging, as described on Shipping & Refund.
Replacement products
If your claim is eligible, Shabbat Ventures LLC will provide an identical product or a product of comparable value. If the original item is unavailable, we may offer a replacement, a repair, or a refund, depending on availability and the nature of the defect.
Any replacement or repaired product is covered under the same conditions as the original purchase for the time remaining on the original warranty, or for 90 days from the replacement delivery date, whichever is longer.
We may ask you to return the defective item using a prepaid label when the defect is covered. Do not discard the product or original packaging until we confirm the claim. We will not require you to pay return shipping for an approved manufacturing-defect claim.
How to file a warranty claim
- Email support@shabbatventures.com or call (+1) 307-500-4882 with your order number, product name, a description of the defect, and clear photos or a short video.
- We respond within 2 business days with a claim decision or a request for more information.
- If approved, we send replacement, repair, or refund instructions. If a return is required, we provide an RMA and a prepaid label for covered defects.
- After we receive a required return (or confirm a returnless resolution), we ship the replacement or issue the refund to the original payment method.
Returns versus warranty
Warranty claims are handled in accordance with this page and, for refund timing and return shipping rules, our Shipping & Refund policy. A change-of-mind return is not a warranty claim. Most unused eligible items can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. After that window, a manufacturing defect is still reviewed under this three-year limited warranty.
This limited warranty is the exclusive store warranty for defects we cover. It does not limit rights you may have under applicable U.S. state law, including implied-warranty rules that cannot be waived.

How long is the Shabbat Ventures store warranty?
Three years from delivery, unless the product page states a different limited-warranty term at purchase.
What will I receive if my claim is approved?
An identical product or a product of comparable value. If the original item is unavailable, we may repair the item, send a comparable replacement, or refund the purchase, depending on the defect and stock.
Does the warranty cover accidents or wear and tear?
No. It covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
