This Policy for Sellers describes how Shabbat Ventures LLC works with manufacturers, brands, and wholesale suppliers. It is not a marketplace seller agreement. Independent third parties cannot list products on this website unless we sign a written supply or drop-ship contract.

Who may sell through this store

Only Shabbat Ventures LLC and suppliers we approve in writing may fulfill orders placed on this site. We do not operate an open marketplace. Unauthorized “sellers” may not collect payment, ship under our name, or use our trademarks.

Product standards

Suppliers must provide accurate titles, descriptions, dimensions, materials, safety certifications, and inventory. Products must be legal to sell in the United States and must comply with Google Merchant Center and applicable consumer-product rules (including CPSIA for children’s products and toys).

Fulfillment

Approved suppliers must ship by the dates we confirm, provide tracking, and pack goods to survive carrier handling. Late, incomplete, or damaged shipments may be rejected or charged back under the supply agreement.

Returns from customers

Customer-facing returns follow our Shipping & Refund Policy. Defective or misdescribed goods remain the supplier’s responsibility under the supply agreement. Do not tell a customer that a return allowed by our published policy is denied.

Payments to suppliers

Supplier invoices are paid on the schedule in the written contract after we confirm receipt of conforming goods. We do not pay “sellers” who contact customers directly or who are not contracted with us.

Brand and listings

Suppliers may not alter live product listings, prices, or shipping promises without our approval. All customer communication about orders on this site must come from Shabbat Ventures LLC unless we authorize otherwise.
